In plain English
What we see in restaurants, shops, and salons.
Everything works until the room is full.
Common problems
Card readers that lose their connection during the dinner rush, a guest network shared with the registers, an ordering page that loads slowly on phones, and no vendor support after six.
What we do about it
A network built for a busy room with the register, cameras, and guests kept apart, point of sale on a wired or reserved connection, a fast site with ordering or booking that works on a phone, and one local number that answers.
What it costs to ignore
A register that cannot take cards on a Saturday night is a room full of people paying cash or leaving. A weak Google listing is the table that went to the place next door.
What we handle
What we handle for a restaurant, shop, or salon.
Each service below has its own page for the detail.
Networks and Wi-Fi
A network sized for the room: registers and cameras on their own segment, guests on theirs, coverage that reaches the patio.

How it works
From first call to a room that stays open.
- 01
Free assessment
We visit during a busy hour, look at the network, the registers, the cameras, the website, and the Google listing, and write down what we found in plain English.
- 02
Fix the rush first
The network and the point of sale get sorted before anything else. Then the website, ordering or booking, and the Google listing.
- 03
Managed, month after month
Monitoring on the network and registers, support on evenings and weekends, and a monthly review of the listing and reviews.
For the technical reader
For the owner who closes at midnight.
Open any question for the technical detail.
Why does the card reader drop off?
Usually one consumer router doing everything: guests, registers, cameras, and music. We replace it with a business firewall and access points, put the registers on their own network with priority, and give guests a separate one with a bandwidth limit.
Do you support our point of sale?
We handle the network, the devices, and the internet it runs on, and we call the POS vendor with you when the software itself is the problem. Toast, Square, Clover, and the common salon booking systems are all familiar.
What about the cameras?
Cameras go on their own network segment, recordings are kept for the period you choose, and remote viewing is set up on your phone without opening the system to the internet.
What is PCI and do I have to care?
Card brands require every business that takes cards to keep the payment network separate and secure. Segmenting the registers and keeping firmware current covers most of it, and we document what is in place for the yearly questionnaire.
Can you take over the website and menu updates?
Yes. Website management includes menu, hours, and photo updates, hosting, backups, and speed, so you send a text and it is done.
Questions
Questions hospitality and retail teams often ask us.
Do you answer on weekends?
Yes. Managed clients have evening and weekend support, because that is when the room is full.
Can we start with just the network?
We take on network work as part of a managed plan, not as a one-off job. We start with an assessment of the network and point of sale, then move to ongoing management.
Can you help with online ordering and reservations?
Yes. We set up the system, connect it to the website and Google listing, and test how orders move to the kitchen or front desk.
How do we get more reviews?
A simple review request after a visit, by text or a card on the table, tied to your Google listing. We set it up and watch the numbers with you.
