What do you build with?
TypeScript and React for web applications, Node and Python for services, PostgreSQL for data, and Cloudflare or a managed cloud for hosting. Automations run on n8n or serverless functions depending on what they touch. We choose boring, well-supported tools so the software outlives any one developer.
Can you connect to our existing systems?
Usually, yes. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, GoHighLevel, common CRMs, point-of-sale and field service tools, and anything with an API. Where there is no API we work with exports and imports.
How do you use AI?
Only where it saves measurable time: answering routine customer questions after hours, drafting replies, extracting data from documents, summarizing calls. Every AI feature has a human fallback and is tested against your real data before it goes live.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, data, and documentation are yours, delivered in a repository you control. Hosting can stay with us or move.
How is it secured?
Role-based access, encrypted data at rest and in transit, audit logs, backups, and the same monitoring we run for managed IT clients. Compliance requirements such as HIPAA are designed in from the start when they apply.
How do projects get priced?
A written scope and fixed price for the first version, agreed after the discovery session. Ongoing hosting, monitoring, and improvements are a flat monthly fee.

Is custom software expensive?
It costs less than most people expect when the first version is scoped to the one process that hurts. We quote in writing and start with the smallest useful version.
We're not technical. Can we still do this?
That is most of our clients. You describe the work; we translate it into software and explain it back in plain English.
What if our needs change?
They will. The software is built to be changed, and the monthly plan covers improvements as the business grows.
Do you take over software someone else built?
Yes, after a review of the code and how it is hosted. Sometimes we fix it, sometimes we recommend replacing it, and we tell you which.
