IT support and managed services

IT support that means you stop thinking about IT.

Software watches your computers, servers, and Wi-Fi around the clock, and a person handles what it finds during business hours. When something breaks, a real engineer picks up the phone. One flat monthly fee, one local number.

In plain English

What managed IT means for your business.

Three questions every buyer asks about managed IT.

What it is

We take over the day-to-day running of your workstations, servers, network and email. We install monitoring on everything, keep it patched and backed up, and become the number your staff calls when something is off.

What you get

Fewer interruptions, because many problems are caught before anyone notices. A local engineer on the phone. One predictable monthly invoice.

What it costs to ignore

A dead server on a Monday morning, a laptop that never got its security update, a password reset that eats an hour. Waiting until something breaks is the most expensive way to run technology.

How it works

From first call to fully managed.

  1. 01

    Free assessment

We look at every device, your email, your backups, and your network, then write down what we found in plain English. You keep the report.

  2. 02

    Onboarding

We install monitoring and security on each device, document your setup, fix the urgent findings, and give your staff one number to call.

  3. 03

    Managed, month after month

Patches, backups, and monitoring run on their schedules. Alerts open tickets and a person looks at them during business hours. We review with you regularly and adjust the plan when things change.

For the technical reader

The parts your IT person would ask about.

Open any question for the technical detail.

What does the monitoring cover?

An agent on each managed computer and server reports health, disk, updates, security status, and failed services to our dashboard. Alerts open tickets automatically for a person to triage during business hours.

How are updates handled?

Operating system and common application patches are tested against our own systems first, then rolled out on a schedule outside your business hours. Emergency security patches go out sooner. Reboots are coordinated with you.

What about remote and on-site support?

Most tickets are resolved remotely through a secure support tool your staff can see running. When a problem needs hands, a wired connection, or a swap, we drive to you. Our office is in Miramar Beach and we cover the Emerald Coast.

Do you support Macs, Windows, and phones?

Yes. Windows and macOS computers, Windows servers, and iPhones and Android phones through mobile device management, so a lost phone can be wiped and a new one set up with the same apps and sign-in.

How is pricing structured?

A flat monthly fee per user or per device, set after the assessment so it covers what you have and nothing you don't. Projects like a server replacement or an office move are quoted separately in writing.

What happens to our existing IT documentation and vendor logins?

We collect them during onboarding, store them in an encrypted documentation system, and keep them current. They stay your property. If we ever part ways, you get a complete handoff package.

Their team monitors everything proactively, we used to deal with constant network issues and downtime, and now we barely think about IT. Response times are fast and they actually explain things in plain English.

Questions

Things people ask about this.

How fast do you respond?

If the whole business is down, a person is on it within 30 minutes during business hours. If one team or a key system is down, within 2 hours. If one person cannot work, or you have a request, someone is on it the same business day. Questions and projects get an answer the next business day. Monitoring alerts are triaged during business hours.

Client support
Do we need to sign a long contract?

Managed IT is a monthly agreement. The assessment and the first conversation cost nothing and commit you to nothing.

We already have an IT person. Does this replace them?

Only if you want it to. Many clients keep an internal person for day-to-day questions and use us for monitoring, security, backups, and the projects that need more hands.

What size of business do you work with?

Established businesses and professional practices, from single offices to companies with several locations and dozens of staff.
