    We check from the outside

    Every 5 minutes a check loads your site the way a customer would and looks at the security certificate on the way. We install nothing on your site or your hosting.

    You hear about it

    When the site stops answering, you get a text and an email. When it comes back, you get another, so you know how long it was down. If it keeps happening, call us and we look at why.

Will you fix the site when it goes down?

Monitoring tells you the site is down, and that is all it does. If we manage your website, we already watch it and act on the alerts ourselves. The free version is for everyone else: you get the alert and decide what to do about it, whether that is calling your hosting company or calling us.
